This legal notice governs access to and use of andaventura.com («the website»), in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

Andaventura is a travel publication. Its purpose is informational: it publishes destination guides, comparisons and trip-planning content.

The website does not sell trips, accommodation, insurance or any other travel product or service, does not act as a travel agency or as an intermediary in any contract, and does not handle bookings. Any service mentioned in its content is always contracted with third parties unconnected to Andaventura, and is governed by the terms those third parties set.

3. General conditions of access

Access to the website is free and open, and requires no registration or personal data for simple browsing.

Using the website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this legal notice and of the terms of use, as well as the privacy policy and the cookie policy.

4. Intellectual and industrial property
